What counts as a page?

Every page that differs by layout or content is classed as an individual page template. WECSS can convert all required website pages, or provide templates from which you can roll the rest of the site out.

I have additional requirements?

If you have additional requirements above and beyond (X)HTML/CSS markup only, such as sIFR, complex javascript, flash, form building, content management etc, then get in touch and we will provide our recommended solutions and associated development costs.

Will my templates be search engine optimised?

We use best practise techniques when building all website templates, ensuring the markup is well-formed, and W3C validated. This means your markup is optimised to ensure it is search engine friendly and that your website content can be readily indexed by search engines like Google. We do not provide keyword entry, link building, search engine submission, or visitor tracking by default. Please get in touch if you require these additional services.

What should i send?

We accept designs in many common formats, including PSD, JPGS, PNG, PDF. However please note that with complex designs we'll likely need a layered PSD in order to ensure your design is converted accurately. It is also useful to send a flattened image of how the design should look along with a layered PSD. Where custom fonts are used, we'll need the font files themselves. Please provide detailed information and instructions on your requirements, either through the order form or by sending an additional text file with the designs. For example if designs include specific hover effects or dynamic elements.

Will the templates be cross-browser compatible?

All templates are tested in IE6/7, and recent versions of Firefox and Safari to ensure your designs look their best to a range of user agents. We make sure that your templates look as close to your design as possible, but don't compromise markup structure and quality to include messy hacks to cater for older browsers. If you have specific requirements on browser compatibility and accessibility please let us know.

Can design and project information be kept private?

All projects are treated as confidential. Project and design details are not shared with anyone other than our development team. We are able to sign a NDA on any project.

Do you provide amends and ongoing support?

If you require amends or updates to your templates please let us know and we can make the necessary changes to ensure all design requirements are met. We are also able to provide expansion of existing templates to cater for additional page designs within the same project. We provide ongoing support to a number of our clients and are always more than happy to build up silent or public affiliation with any client.
