The Order Process

Below outlines the key steps a typical project will follow. Further information on the order process, technical requirements and deliverables can be found in the FAQs section. If you have any questions along the way, please feel free to get in touch.

1. When you have all the information you need, you can kick-start the process by filling out our online order form.
2. On receipt of your order email, you will be sent an acknowledgement email.
3. All project notes and instructions are studied thoroughly, and any questions from our team are submitted to you for clarification.
4. We will provide you with an ETA for your templates. Any specific timeframes are met.
5. You can make payment quickly and easily through Google Checkout.
6. Work on your templates will begin.
7. Your templates will be delivered straight to your email inbox!
